Hatha Yoga is a series of ancient physical postures, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques that balance and rejuvenate the entire body-mind system. Practicing yoga regularly, it can be very positive on children’s health, both physically and emotionally. Regular practice of yoga, in the range of 1 to 5 times a week, has proven to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility, self-esteem and less stress and anxiety that can contribute to increasing the depression.
