Stress Effect on Diabetes

Stress affects our health and well being both mentally and physically. Stress is the body’s response to changes in the adaptation needs of physical or mental or emotional intervention are defined.
In diabetes, stress can affect blood sugar levels in two ways. Many times, brings the blood sugar levels than normal. This is called hyperglycemia. However, there are times when blood sugar levels can drop to dangerously low levels. This is called hypoglycemia.
